Lamination is available on the following materials:

Over laminating adds durability by protecting the printing on the label. The printed image is covered by a clear layer of laminate.

Applications: Laptops, iPads, mobile phones, power tools

Recommended sizes for labels

36 x 16
Up to two lines of text.  Can have barcode. 20 character limit per line including spaces on 36 x 16

40 x 20
Up to three lines of text if NO barcode required.  If barcode selected, 2 lines of text recommended only. 26 character limit per line including spaces on 40 x 20

50 x 25
Up to 4 lines of text. 30 character limit per line including spaces on 50 x 25

There are two ways that writing appears on your label, Reversed or Standard.

Reversed means that your letters are reversed out of the block of colour on the label and the text will be in the colour of the material selected i.e. white (propylene or mylar) or silver (mylar or aluminium).

Standard means there is no block of colour, just the colour of the label/material itself and your text is printed in the colour you select.

Logos

Please send us a copy of your logo in a eps or jpeg file and we will advise (i) if it can be done, (ii) if we need to modify it or (iii) our recommendation.  Adding a logo will incur a small additional cost.
